David Scott - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Scott recently retired as Chief Executive Officer and President of General Dynamics Canada. His responsibilities included operations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, with annual sales in excess of $750 million dollars, and the management of over five thousand employees. Mr. Scott brings 35 years experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry, holding executive positions in both Operations and Program Management in Canada and the United States.
Valerie Dougans, Corporate Secretary Ms. Dougans obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1997 and completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2000. Prior to her employment with PSP in 2001 she was the Controller of an Okanagan winery for four years. In her capacity of Public Company Accountant for PSP she was responsible for preparing quarterly and annual Investor Reports including the Management Discussion and Analysis as well as ensuring the company complied with all current security exchange regulations.
Shawn Sutton, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Sutton has extensive experience in both the private and public sector including manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining PSP, Shawn held senior financial
positions at Nortel Networks and Mitel Networks. He holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and is a Chartered Accountant.
