Janet Mason, President
As a senior executive with over 28 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry, Ms. Mason has held a wide spectrum of positions in Engineering, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Research and Development.   Prior to PSP, she held the position of Vice President, General Dynamics Canada, responsible for the Air and Naval Business Systems Unit.  Ms. Mason holds a BSc (Honours) Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, Kingston ON.

Shawn Sutton, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sutton has extensive experience in both the private and public sector including manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining PSP, Shawn held senior financial positions at Nortel Networks and Mitel Networks. He holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and is a Chartered Accountant.
