
David Scott – Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Scott brings thirty five years of experience from the Aerospace
and Defence sector having held senior management positions
in Canada and the United States . At the time of his retirement in
2002 he was CEO and President of General Dynamics Canada and a
Principal Officer of General Dynamics Corporation. He has served as
President of the Alberta Aerospace Association and has held Board
positions with Alberta Micro Electronics Association, Aerospace
Industries Association of Canada, Canadian NATO Industry Advisory
Group and the Canadian Defence Industries Association. Mr. Scott
currently is Chairman of the Board of Mitec Telecon Inc,
Montreal and serves on the Board of Directors of Spectrum Signal
Processing Inc, Vancouver.
Bradley J. Field – Vice Chairman and Former
President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Safety Products
Inc. Mr. Field founded PSP in 1984 and has led the Company to its
present international stature. He has designed and patented many of
the Company's products. He is the recipient of a Kelowna Business
Excellence award, two Kelowna Entrepreneur of the Year awards, a
B.C. Export Award and the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal 2002. His
leadership took the Company from a one man operation to an industry
leader in the business designing and manufacturing safety products.
John R. Brodie – Chairman of the Board. Mr. Brodie
has been President of John R. Brodie Capital since September 2003.
Previous to this he was a partner with KPMG, an international
accounting firm. During his 28 years with KPMG, he held a number of
senior management positions with the firm. He currently serves as
Chair of the Audit Committee of Far West Mining Ltd., Rubicon
Minerals Ltd. and Ag Growth Income Fund. In addition he serves on
the Board of two private companies. He was recognized by the British
Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants as a Fellow in 2003 for
his distinguished service to the community and his profession.

Martin
Carsky
- Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr. Carsky is an experienced
business professional with an extensive corporate governance,
capital markets, business restructuring, and corporate development
background. Martin is the Executive Chairman of Metrobridge Networks
International Inc., a wireless broadband service provider.
Previously; he was the CEO of Cryopak Industries Inc., a
manufacturer and distributor of temperature-controlling products and
package solutions. Prior to joining Cryopak, he was a restructuring
and M&A consultant and in some cases interim CFO of a number of
Vancouver-based publicly traded companies. Prior to that, he served
for several years as the Finance Director for funeral home
consolidator, The Loewen Group Inc. He was a Director and the Chair
of the Audit and Governance Committee of Spectrum Signal Processing
Inc. when it was sold to Vecima Networks Inc. in May of 2007. He is
also a past Director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Association for
Corporate Growth (1994-1997). In addition to Pacific Safety
Products, he is currently a Director of MetroBridge Networks
International Inc. (Chair) and Anthem Ventures Capital Corp. He is
also on the advisory board of Great Panther Resources. Mr.
Carsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and is a Chartered
Accountant.

Mel Cooper - is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Seacoast Communications Group Inc. His 50-year career in the
broadcast industry includes serving as Vice-President of Western
Broadcasting (Western International Communications), Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of C-FAX and B107.3 FM, Victoria, CKOV-AM
and CKLZ-FM in Kelowna. Mr. Cooper has been named an Honorary
Citizen, Business Person of the Year and Enterpriser of Excellence
of Victoria, B.C. and is recipient of that city's Business Lifetime
Achievement and British Columbia's Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
He is a member of the Order of Canada, the Order of British Columbia
and a recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from the
University of Victoria. He has held Board positions with the Royal
Bank of Canada and Telus Corportion and as Chair of AirBC. He
remains active in many community organizations.
The Honorable Roy MacLaren – Mr. MacLaren is a
Corporate Director in both Canada and Britain. He is a director of
Standard Life, in Britain and of Brascan, Patheon and several other
Canadian corporations and serves on the North American Advisory
Board of AMEC, the British engineering company. Mr. MacLaren was
Minister for International Trade, Minister of National Revenue and
Minister of State (Finance) in the Government of Canada and Member
of Parliament for Etobicoke North. He was a diplomat and a
businessman, and a partner in CB Media Ltd., the publishers of
Canadian Business and Profit magazines. Mr. MacLaren was born in
Vancouver and is a graduate of the Universities of British Columbia,
Cambridge and Toronto and attended the Advanced Management Program
at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business
Administration. He is also Honorary Colonel of the 7th Toronto
Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery.
James E. Juntilla - Mr. Juntilla is a
retired executive from General Dynamics Corporation where he held
executive positions in the U.S. and England. He has more than 35
years management experience, including positions in business
developement, program and executive management. He retired as
President of General Dynamics Information Systems, and prior to that
he held the position of President and Managing Director of General
Dynamics' operation in the United Kingdom. Mr. Juntilla has been
active in aerospace and defense associations in both the U.S. and
Europe, including the Navy League, the Aerospace Industries
Association and the Society of British Aerospace Companies. He was
also a fellow in the Royal Aeronautical Society. Mr. Juntilla is a
graduate of the University of St. Thomas and currently resides in
Minneapolis, Minnesota.
