Body armour and carrier care instructions and warranty information are included in the box with every vest.
If there is a concern with fit or a warranty issue, please call the Customer Care Centre.
Customer Care will provide a unique Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and advise the client on the details needed to complete the RGA form. The client returns the numbered RGA form with the item requiring alteration to our authorized facility in Arnprior, Ontario. Note that sometimes the fit may be related to how the individual is wearing the body armour and can often be resolved by speaking to Customer Care.
