Our customer support team maintains a relationship with our clients from order inception (and often before) to product delivery and then throughout the life cycle of the product during after-sales service.
Customer Care provides price and delivery information, accepts orders and reorders, and generates the internal production order needed to start the manufacturing process.
Customer Care is also responsible for returns, alterations, and exchanges. When a client notifies Customer Care of an issue by calling the toll free number, the customer service representative assists the client with the returned goods process.
Lastly the PSP Customer Care team has the responsibility to gather client feedback and make recommendations to senior management as to how PSP can better serve its clients.
